As you may notice, the theme of the archive has changed to reflect the holiday season. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!  A more accurate description of changes can be listed in the "Recent Changes" section. I hope the next millennium will bring you good fortune. Let us all have New Year's Reolutions that will actually make a diffrence (Or New Millenium Reolutions).Let past conficts be healed and new friendships grow.

Recent Changes

• Christmas version of the archive is up!

• Background and a few images have been changed to reflect the holidays.

• The Introductory Fic has been revised.

• A midi swap has occurred for the midi jukebox in the frames version.

• Uploaded Several fan fics:

  • 22 text files (837 KB) on 12/31/1999

  • 32 text files (1285 KB) on 12/20/1999

• Removed a few fics

  • Greg Lively's (Vault_Keeper_2000@yahoo.com) fic "The Switch"

• Archive is sorted for all entries up to 11/20/1999.

• And the usual editing of pages, fixing broken links, etc.

I will, as always, archive any fics that have been submitted. But, I now ask that you add a short description that may be used as the description for your works. Also, please understand that I can not screen all fics, so if there is a fic that is displaced.. please tell me so that I can fix it.

A Special Note
Occasionally I get request that certain fics get removed from the archive due to the offensive nature of the material/scenes depicted in the story. I will not remove fic. The following is a list of reason why.

• I do not have the time to read/screen all entries in the archive. There are just too many.

• Only the author can remove their story.

• I do not believe in censorship. I believe in free speech. The internet is a media which you can not easily sensor things. The government tried, but failed.

• I won't add any warning (do not read) tags to stories since they would advertise the story more.

If you have a problem with a person's work you can do the following:

• MST their work.

• E-mail the author.

• Write a harsh review, but be civil.

If I did listen to all the removal request, a few hundred entries would have to be removed. Please understand that I will not remove any stories form the archive just because you find a (particular story/group of stories) offensive. People have different opinions and impressions on stories, thus each person will react differently to a story. What one person hates, another will like.
